Young people with a migration background and those with a criminal record are often marginalized in society. "Fight for your life VS" is the name of the boxing project that aims to promote their integration through sport. And it goes even further than that.
The Boxing VS association, led by Oliver Vlcek, launched the project a few years ago. Its aim is to reach marginalized groups who would otherwise never meet on the street. It is important to integrate people who otherwise lack access to society. The ProKids Foundation has been supporting the project for several years.
The coaches not only act as sporting role models, but also as educational mentors and confidants. They also support the young people with official procedures, job applications, etc.
