Important NOTE:

According to Section 50, Paragraph 2, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the Income Tax Implementation Ordinance (EStDV), simplified proof of donation is possible for donations up to €300.00; this means that a data medium (payment slip/bank statement) on which the amount and recipient (foundation) are clearly identifiable and attributable is sufficient as proof; a proper donation receipt is then not necessary.
