Teenage mothers' shared apartment

Target group:

From pregnancy until the child's third birthday. One room also accommodates an older sibling.


Requirements for admission to the shared apartment:

The Teen Mothers' Shared Apartment was developed in 2017. It is located in an apartment in an apartment building owned by the wbg – Wohnbaugesellschaft Villingen-Schwenningen.


The Teen Mothers' Shared Housing program is aimed at adult pregnant women and women with infants who cannot remain in their current place of residence due to an emergency situation or who do not have adequate housing available.

In cases of severe mental impairment, current or former alcohol/drug addiction and severe deficits in parenting skills, admission to the ProKids Mothers' Shared Home is not possible.

Residents must be able to live independently and responsibly. Upon moving into the shared living community, women agree to receive care from a family midwife or family/health and pediatric nurse (FGKiKP) or another form of outpatient support.
